Match Cards, the game of pairs and triplets to remember
The cards are laid face down. You flip two of them, or three in triplets mode: if they show the same image, they stay visible; otherwise they flip back in the same place. Remember where the images are to find all the groups before the missed attempt limit.
Available on the App Store (iPhone, iPad) and on Google Play (Android).

The idea in one example
Here is a 12-card game in pairs, Easy level, with images from the Mammals family, drawn by the app (code MM2-PAAU-AAAAAAB). The board has 6 pairs:
| giraffe | donkey | cat | beaver | giraffe |
| ring-tailed lemur | bison | cat | ring-tailed lemur | donkey |
| beaver | bison | empty slot | empty slot | empty slot |
On attempt 1, the "giraffe" card (row 1, column 1) was seen without finding its pair. On attempt 3, a new "giraffe" card (row 1, column 5) appears: remembering the first one is enough to make the pair.
| giraffe (found) | face-down card | face-down card | face-down card | giraffe (found) |
| face-down card | face-down card | face-down card | face-down card | face-down card |
| face-down card | face-down card | empty slot | empty slot | empty slot |
Without ever forgetting a card, this game is won in 9 attempts, 3 of them missed, for a limit of 20. The rules detail each case, and the strategy explains how to remember.
